1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using the 7c7c platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all other policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the 7c7c platform. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7c7c with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2.4 7c7c reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account or via a notice displayed on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The 7c7c platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 7c7c will conduct age verification checks and may request documentary evidence — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds in the account will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 7c7c platform is operated and marketed for use by residents of Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction. 7c7c makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all locations.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 7c7c platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, all balances across the duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.4 Accuracy of Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are required to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.

3.5 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an account on the 7c7c platform: (a) individuals under the age of 21; (b) individuals who have been previously excluded from or banned by 7c7c; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 7c7c; (d) individuals who have enrolled in any self-exclusion programme and whose exclusion period has not yet expired.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 You agree to notify 7c7c immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7c7c will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4.3 7c7c employs SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption across the entire platform and applies device recognition technology to identify unusual login patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, 7c7c may temporarily lock the account and require additional verification before restoring access.

4.4 You must not allow any other person to access or use your 7c7c account. Any bet placed or transaction made through your account will be treated as having been made by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated the action, unless you have already reported unauthorised access in accordance with clause 4.2.

4.5 7c7c reserves the right to close an account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that the security of the account has been compromised or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other users.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7c7c currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7c7c does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 7c7c's control.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your 7c7c account and may be updated from time to time. 7c7c reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your 7c7c account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 7c7c is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed by 7c7c within a target time of 15 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to KYC verification being complete and no compliance hold being in place on the account. Withdrawal funds are transferred to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise verified.

5.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any point during a Player's use of the platform, 7c7c may require the Player to complete KYC verification by submitting: (a) a copy of a government-issued photo identification document; (b) proof of address dated within 90 days; and (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

5.6 Refusal of Transactions. 7c7c reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5.7 Currency. All transactions on the 7c7c platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to Player accounts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 7c7c may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the relevant promotional offer. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer; any unmet Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the account at the end of the validity period.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available only to newly registered Players making their first deposit. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitute Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.

6.4 Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets and specific casino game categories contribute at different rates. The contribution rate for each game type will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.5 7c7c reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account and wagering has commenced, 7c7c will provide reasonable notice before cancelling that specific bonus.

6.6 Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between Players.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the 7c7c sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, market, and event type. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures — are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the 7c7c Help Centre.

7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 7c7c reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual bet or market. Stakes above the applicable limit will be partially accepted up to the maximum permitted amount.

7.3 In the event of a technical error resulting in obviously incorrect odds being published — including but not limited to odds that are clearly inconsistent with the true probability of the event — 7c7c reserves the right to void bets placed at such odds and return stakes to the Player's account.

7.4 All digital casino games on the 7c7c platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios are conducted by real dealers in accordance with the rules of each respective game.

7.5 In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live casino game session, the outcome of any round in progress at the time of the fault will be determined in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy, which is available from the game's help menu.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7c7c platform:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal information, impersonating another individual, or submitting falsified KYC documentation.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including but not limited to placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a risk-free bonus conversion (so-called "arbitrage" bonus abuse).
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or betting market available on the platform.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using 7c7c for the purpose of depositing, layering, or integrating funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. 7c7c is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Market manipulation: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event, live dealer game, or RNG casino game through any means, including insider information, match-fixing, or physical interference.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile banking provider or card issuer in respect of a legitimate 7c7c transaction.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 7c7c platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 7c7c or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7c7c platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform's content; (b) use any 7c7c trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent; (c) create derivative works based on any platform content; or (d) use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the platform.

9.3 Game software and content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 7c7c for display on the platform. Players have no rights in respect of such third-party content beyond the right to play the relevant game through their 7c7c account.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 The 7c7c platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7c7c disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2 7c7c does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 7c7c will use reasonable endeavours to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical incidents.

12.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7c7c's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 In no event shall 7c7c be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity; (c) loss of data; or (d) any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

13. Amendments

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

14.2 Any dispute between a Player and 7c7c that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 7c7c will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
